Outdoor Expo Vendor Application

All vendors must have a Madisonville Business License - please submit a copy with the applicationA one-time business license can be optained for $15 https://hopkinscounty.ky.gov/index.php/news/977- hopkins-county-business- license*

All vendors must provide proof of general liability insurance to be submitted with the application.*

Vendors must have a business with products or services that pertains to the outdoors (ex: hunting and fishing).*

Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and all necessary items needed for the display of their booths. Booths do not have electrical service.*

We have a right to refuse any vendor for just cause.*

Please make checks payable to: Hopkins County Sportsmen andsportswomen Club.*

ALL VENDORS MUST SET UP JULY 24, 2026 by 1:00 P.M. THERE WILL BE AVAILABLE SET UP TIMES ON JULY 23, 2026. VENDORS MUST REMAIN SET UP UNTIL THE EXPO IS COMPLETE July 26, 2026. VENDORS MUST BE OUTDOOR RELATED.*

ANY VENDOR WHO LEAVES EARLY WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A PENALTY FEE OF $200 PER 10X10 SPACE.*

Indoor booth spaces for 10x10: early bird registration by Dec 31, 2025 - $150, Jan 1 - Mar 31 - $200 and Apr 1-June 30 - $300. (Non profit organizations will receive a $50 discount. Indoor vendors will receive 2 entry badges per inside 10x10 space. Outdoor vendors will receive 1 entry badge per outside 10x10 space.*

Vendors are responsible for tables and backdrops. We are very limited on power outlets. Fees are nonrefundable.*
