🦆 2026 KDFWR Commission Waterfowl Blind Permit

​

Guaranteed Blind Access at Your Choice of Kentucky’s Premier Waterfowl Locations

This permit provides the winner guaranteed access to a waterfowl blind at either Ballard County WMA or Henderson Sloughs — two of Kentucky’s most sought-after waterfowl hunting locations.

 

Your Choice of Hunting Date Options:

• Ballard County WMA – select two hunting dates

• Henderson Sloughs – select up to three dates (depending on availability)

The permit guarantees the hunter those selected dates. On the day of the hunt, the winner will draw for a specific blind just like the general public — but your access is guaranteed.
